CoachTree Position Academies deliver structured development for skill position athletes who want to improve the details of their game. Training is organized into seasonal Training Blocks, allowing athletes to build their skills over time with consistent coaching and repetition.
Spring 2026 Training Block, hosted at Brownsburg High School (IN):

Position Academies are designed for athletes who want disciplined training, meaningful repetitions, and a deeper understanding of their position.
The Spring Training Block will be 7 total sessions, hosted at Brownsburg High School (IN).

Skill mastery and application to competition is the primary focus of our off-season development.
The first hour of each session will focus on Skill development:
- Wide Receivers: Stance, Releases, Routes, Combos & Reading Coverage
- Quaterbacks: Grip, Pre-Pass Position, Passing Mechanics, Accuracy, Reading Coverage
- Running Backs (Pass Focus): Stance, Start, Catching, Routes, Ball Security, Reading Coverage
- Linebackers: Stance, Start, Reads & Steps, Zone Coverage, Man Coverage, Pursuit Angles
- Defensive Backs: Stance, Start, Reads & Steps, Zone Coverage, Man Coverage, Pursuit Angles
Each session will include a competition element – giving the opportunity for athletes to apply what they have learned to a competitive environment.
Cleats, Gloves, Mouthguard, & Athletic Gear.
Please bring your own water bottle, labeled with your name.

Competitive Environment
Training is designed to be competitive by nature. Academy members are also eligible—and encouraged—to compete in MG Athletics 7-on-7 events to apply skills in live settings.
Virtual Learning & Support
Academy Pass members receive access to on-demand training videos, virtual learning libraries, and direct coach support between sessions to reinforce development.
Tandon Doss is a former NFL wide receiver and Super Bowl champion with years of experience at the highest levels of football. A standout collegiate player, Tandon brings deep knowledge of wide receiver play, preparation, and the demands of game-day performance. His coaching focuses on fundamentals, confidence, and helping athletes understand how and why the position works.
Derin Graham is a former Indiana Hoosiers standout with a 7-year professional career and nearly 19 years of training and coaching experience. He brings a deep understanding of skill development, preparation, and competitive football environments. His coaching emphasizes fundamentals, discipline, and helping athletes play faster and more confidently on the field.
Chase Andries is an All-Conference standout at DePauw University, an Indiana Mr. Football position award winner, and a 2-year professional player. He serves as Head of QB Development for CoachTree, bringing a strong background in quarterback play, preparation, and leadership. His coaching focuses on fundamentals, decision-making, and helping athletes perform confidently in live game situations.
We are excited to host our training sessions at the brand-new Brownsburg High School Fieldhouse in Brownsburg, Indiana. This state-of-the-art facility provides an elite indoor training environment designed to support speed development, skill instruction, and team sessions at the highest level. The fieldhouse offers ample space, modern turf, and a professional atmosphere that mirrors the standard of excellence we expect from our athletes.
When weather permits, we will also take advantage of Brownsburg’s outstanding outdoor athletic facilities, allowing players to train in a full-field setting and experience a dynamic, game-like environment. This combination of premier indoor space and expansive outdoor fields ensures our athletes receive top-tier training regardless of conditions.

Position Academies train all offensive and defensive positions. Each session focuses on position-specific fundamentals, technique, and competitive reps.
